04 — Guided Integration
A quiet, conversational session to process, integrate, and set intention — on its own or following deeper work.
Guided Integration is a conversation with room in it — space to process what's moving in your life and let it settle into place.
Some sessions work on the body; this one works on the story. In forty-five unhurried minutes, Magali holds a structured, gentle conversation that helps you name what a season has brought, what a deeper session has surfaced, or what a coming decision asks of you.
It pairs naturally with the deeper treatments — many clients book it in the days after a Signature Session, when insights are still soft and easily lost. It also stands fully on its own as a reset for the mind.
You leave with language for what you're carrying and one clear, kind intention — not a to-do list.

Questions, answered
FAQ
Is this therapy?
No — it is not psychotherapy and doesn't replace it. It is structured reflection and intention-setting.
Can I book it on its own?
Absolutely. It stands alone as a mental reset, though it also pairs beautifully with the deeper sessions.
Is it in person or remote?
Both are possible — in the studio or by video call. Choose when booking.
